Robyn Bresnahan interviews Catriona Sturton and Dr. John Schaman regarding the recently invented, world first, Medical Harmonica, a diatonic chord harmonica. Catriona discusses her upcoming Harmonica Programs for Ottawa seniors. Photographs, graphics, and explanations have been added to the interview to enhance understanding of the Harmonica Exercise for Lung Program (H.E.L.P.), the harmonicaMD Medical Harmonica, lung aging concerns, and lung pathophysiology. Although a device designed for the "musically hopeless," the considerable musical qualities of the instrument are discussed and demonstrated.
